1. Andrew, Matthew, Judas - The three apostles are the first to arrive in the upper room where they discuss their expectations of Jesus. What exactly is the role of the Messiah?
2. Joseph of Arimathea, Nathanael, Philip - Joseph, a Pharisee, is seeking Jesus of Nazareth. The disciples discuss with him the relationship between the kingdoms of man and God, and promise that Jesus will meet with him on Friday afternoon.
3. Caiaphas, Priests, Nicodemus - Caiaphas, the High Priest, and others express their growing concern with the Nazarene named Jesus. Nicodemus, a soft-spoken Pharisee, raises questions as to the Messiah's authenticity, giving the priests reason to worry.
4. Caiaphas, Annas, Judas - Caiaphas, the High Priest, and Annas, his Father-in-law, plot to murder Jesus. Judas pays them a visit.
5. Ruth, Procula, Caiaphas, Pilate - Procula urges her husband, Pilate, to distance himself from the Jesus situation, as her handmaid, Ruth, explains the Jewish belief concerning God's Messiah.
6. Mary Magdalene, Thomas, Peter, John - Following the Crucifixion the apostles argue about where to go and what to do. Mary convinces them to continue the work that Jesus has started.
